Louise J. Craig of Harrisville, formerly of Boyers, passed away at 9:05 p.m. Thursday, July 11, 2013, in Trinity Living Center, Grove City, after an extended illness. She was 88.
Mrs. Craig was born Nov. 22, 1924, in Hilliards, Butler County, to Charles and Esther Hoover McKean.
She was a homemaker and of the Roman Catholic faith. Louise enjoyed flowers and gardening and liked spending time with her family and friends.
Her husband, Victor Charles Craig, whom she married Nov. 26, 1941, passed away Jan. 9, 1993.
Surviving are, four children, thirteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren, and a sister-in-law.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Charles McKean and Esther Hoover McKean-Mitchell; a daughter, Patricia Louise Sankey; and two brothers, Charles and Sammy McKean.
