Abraham Arndt was the son of Jacob Arndt and Mary (Maria) Morrison. He we the husband of Eveline Pursell (1809-1849). They were married in 1836.

Abraham Morrison Arndt (1844-1923) single, teacher, and at age 20, was a Civil War veteran 214 Pa Inf.
Mary Catherine (Arndt) Kiefer (b.1846 in Wms Twsp. –d. 1932 in Ramsey, Bergen Co., PA).
In the 1850 Census, Abraham (50) is living in Williams Twsp. along with Zach (8), Abraham Morrison (6), Mary Arndt (3), and Malinda J. Arndt (17).
Abraham remarried on 10/28/1851 to his second wife, Sarah Deemer (1817-1898). They had a son Michael Deemer Arndt (1851- ?).
