Waelder- Memorial services were held Sunday at 3 p.m. for the World War I. Veteran Earl Crozier, who died on August 8, at the age of 88 years.
Earl Crozier, born December 18, 1886 was the son of Frank E. and Abbie Stewart Crozier. He grew up in Waelder but spent most of his adult life in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Alma Dietze, brothers , Verne A. and Frank W. Crozier, and a half sister, Bessie Mullen Davis. The only surviving member of his family is his sister, Ornie Williams of San Antonio.
