He was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church, the Camden Community Club, the Carroll County Country Club, Delphi Bowling League, and was a former Little League baseball coach. He enjoyed playing golf, fishing, and was an avid IU sports fan.
Surviving with his wife Shirley are two sons, Todd (wife Rose) Schock of Delphi and Toby Schock of Camden; a daughter Tami (husband Scott) Wray of York, S.C.; one brother Bill (wife Judy) Schock of Delphi; a sister Barbara (husband Joe) Jones of Delphi; two granddaughters, Lena and Lisa Schock of Delphi. He was preceded in death by a brother James Schock.
Funeral services will be at 2pm Sunday at St. Peters Lutheran Church with Pastor John Stacy and Pastor John Westfall officiating. Military rites by the Camden and Delphi American Legions and the Delphi VFW will follow at the church. Friends my call from 4-8pm Saturday at Cree Funeral Home and 1 hr. prior to services at the church.
