Terry was born the oldest of ten children to Henry "Hank" Brewer and Melva Hightree. He was raised on a farm in Thurston County. As a young man Terry was active in sports and developed a passion for hunting, fishing and mushrooming that lasted throughout his life. He graduated from Decatur High School in 1955.
He travelled around the US for over forty years working on river crossing pipeline construction. Alaska was the only state he missed. Since his retirement from Pentzien, Terry spent the last eight years in Decatur where he restored two homes. Terry was known for his infectious smile and love of life. In addition to the many sports and outdooractivities, Terry enjoyed spending time with family and friends with good food and drinks.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Hank and Melva Brewer; and brothers, Jerry, Paul, Lowell and Jon.
VISITATION Friday, July 12th from 6pm to 8pm at 450 W. 8th St. in Decatur, NE. SERVICES Saturday, July 13th at 10:30am, Decatur Town Hall, 913 S. Broadway St. Interment, Hillcrest Cemetery in Decatur.
