OBITUARY
Mrs. Elizabeth Stabbal
With every tick of the clock, some one passes out of this life into the great spirit world.
The time set for the departure of Mrs. Elizabeth Stabbal had arrived, and she joined the innumerable caravan that is marching down the valley and the shadow of death.
She entered this life Feb. 4, 1865. She sojourned in this material world for 65 years, 3 month, 13 days. She began her life in the spirit world on May 17, 1930. Her life was limited to the community in which she was born but, though limited, she made many contacts, enjoyed many friendships, joys and pleasures, as well as enduring hardship and suffered afflictions.
On Oct. 4, 1887 she joined hands with Mr. George Stabbal and entered the great adventure of building a home of their own. This union was blessed with three daughters, Mrs. George Nash of Cleveland, Mrs. Earl Miller of Brownhelm, and Mrs. J. Wagner of Brownhelm.
This home was broken by the departure of Mr. Stabbal in the year 1918, since that time she treaded the winepress alone.
In departing this life she leaves to mourn her three daughter, three brothers, Harry Weiner of Newlyne, Elmer of Elyria, and Wade of Lorain and nine grandchildren.
About nine months ago, she became ill and had been confined to her bed, but through it all she retained her cheerfulness and was a very patient sufferer. Her life here is ended but the memory of her life remains as a benediction to those who were dear and near to her.
