"Mrs. [McGehee] Died Wednesday
Mrs. Emily S. [McGehee] died at the family home, 308 Greenwood avenue, at 12:30 o'clock Wednesday, aged 74 years 9 months and 2 days. She was born in Carrollton, Ill., May 3, 1844, and had lived in Colorado since [1877]. The deceased came to this state with her husband, the late George [McGehee], 42 years ago, and a home established at Canon City. Subsequently it was transferred to Saguache where the family resided for a number of years. Later they returned here to again become citizens of this community. The husband died December 4, 1910, and the remains were laid to rest in Lakeside cemetery.
....Mrs. [McGehee] was accidentally run into by a roller skater at the corner of Eighth and Main streets 11 years ago, and sustained injuries from which she never recovered. From that time until her death she was lame and practically a helpless invalid. Mrs. [McGehee] was a member of the Christian church and was highly esteemed as a friend and neighbor.
....She is survived by four children, two of whom live in Canon City. They are Albert [McGehee], Canon City; Mrs. E. J. Sullivan, Portland, Ore.; Henry [McGehee] of Salida; and Ben [McGehee], this city. The funeral [will] take place from her late residence at 3:30 o'clock Friday afternoon, and will be conducted by Rev. S. F. Burgess, pastor of the Christian church. Burial at Lakeside cemetery."

There is no headstone or grave marker for Emily McGehee. The George and Emily McGeHee, and their daughter, Celia Ann Thornburg, graves are essentially in-line with the shadow of the tree. This particular section is oddly shaped and was a bit difficult to track.
