Peggy Ann Hart, 70, passed away on July 5, 2013 in Pasadena, Texas. She was born on October 22, 1942 in Melville, Louisiana to Ellis and Hazel McGowen. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Sam Hart; brothers, Ellis O. McGowen and John McGowen; sisters, Ann Harrell and Lois Orgeron. She is survived by her brother, Ed McGowen; sister, Theresa McGowen, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends and her faithful Yorkie, Eddie. She will be dearly missed.
