Wonderful wife, beautiful mother, and adored grandmother

Florence B. "Flo" (Bishop) Howie, age 83, died July 10, 2013 at Maris Grove in Glen Mills surrounded by her loving husband and family.Florence was a longtime resident of Upland before moving to Maris Grove.

Flo had attended Widener University and was formerly employed as an Administrator in the Medical industry.

Florence was a wonderful wife, beautiful mother and adored grandmother.

She was the daughter of the late William and Mary (McConnell) Bishop and sister of the late Ethel Bishop, Joseph Bishop, Emma Taylor, Margaret Mohr, and Sara Michael.

SURVIVORS:

Her devoted husband of 61 years: David M.Howie, children: David M. Howie III, Steven Howie (Joyce), Kathleen Sanderson (Robert), Lynette J. Michel (Tole), and Jeanie Zane, and her 13 grandchilden.

VISITATION: Monday from 10:00-11:30am at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston. Funeral Service: Monday at 11:30am at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home. BURIAL: Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. Condolences may be made by visiting www.nolanfidale.com
