Mr. Tobin passed away at the age of 94, and resided in Berkley. He had graduated from the University of Toronto. He had been employed by General Motors as an engineer, and was retired. He served in the Canadian Armed Forces during WWII, and he took part in the liberation of Holland. He was the cherished husband of the late Eleanor. Devoted father of three daughters, two sons, and the late Patrick J. Tobin. Dear grandfather of thirteen and of four great grand-children. He was the son of Patrick and Bridget Tobin. The Funeral Mass was held at Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church, in Berkley. Arrangements by Sawyer-Fuller Funeral Home.
