Margaret Bernice Boles, 82, Chenoa, died at 9:20 pm Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at Meadows Mennonite Retirement Community, Chenoa.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 am Monday, July 15, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Chenoa with Fr. Carl LoPresti officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Chenoa.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00pm Sunday at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa. The family suggest memorials be directed to the funeral home to help defray Bernice's funeral expenses.

Mrs. Boles was born May 23, 1931 in Chenoa the daughter of Joseph and Mary A. Bower Schopp. She married Gerald W. Boles on April 28, 1951. He died on June 6, 2008.

Surviving are four sons: Thomas (Genevieve) Boles, Houston, TX, Steven, Patrick R. and John D. Boles, all of Chenoa, one daughter-in-law: Deana Boles, Chenoa, one sister: Seraphia Rider, Springfield, IL, five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by one son, Timothy Boles, one daughter, Mary Alice Boles, one brother and four sisters.
