Born in Tazewell County, she was a daughter of the late John and Betty Shuler Jones. She was a member of the Tazewell Presbyterian Church and the WOC of the church.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Louise Keffler of St. Albans, Mrs. Lillian Stevens of Bluefield, Mrs. Earline Costantino of Glen Burnie, Md., and Mrs. Shirley Martin of Atlanta, Ga.; one son, Harold Kinder of North Tazewell; three sisters, Mrs. Tom Walk and Mrs. John Kinder of Tazewell and Mrs. Bane Vandyke of Ocala, Fla.; one brother, Raymond Jones of Orlando, Fla.; 23 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday at Tazewell Presbyterian Church with Dr. W. F. Wadsworth officiating. Burial followed in Maplewood Cemetery in Tazewell.
