Tracy Lee Meeks, 69, died July 9, 2013 in Temple.

Mr. Meeks was born November 12, 1943 in Quitaque. He married Rose Riley on June 15, 1964 in Gray County. She preceded him in death in October of 1990. Tracy had been a resident of Pampa since the early 1960's. He worked for Serfco, Caprock Trucking and Frank Johnson Trucking. He loved the outdoors where he liked to fish and camp. Tracy will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather, and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include two sons, Robert Meeks and wife Cynthia of Amarillo, and Troy Meeks, a daughter, Ann Price and husband David of Pampa, a sister, Mary Ann Gifford of McLean, three granddaughters, Malicia Fortner and husband Jeffery of Canyon, Bridget Rex of Pampa, and Deanna Vargas of Amarillo, a grandson, Pete Vargas of Amarillo, two great-granddaughters, Malee Williams of Louisiana, and Mylah Lopez of Pampa, two great-grandsons, Joshua Lopez and Desiet Lopez, both of Pampa, and a special friend, Glenda Applegate of Pampa.

PAMPA — Tracy Lee Meeks, 69, of Pampa died Tuesday, July 9, 2013, in Bell County.

Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Friday in Soldiers for Christ in Skellytown with Chip Watson officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.
