Constantine D. Angel was a son of Charles Angel and Elizabeth Fleming. He married Minerva Jane Robertson on 14 Feb. 1850, in Rockingham Co., NC. During the 1850 Rockingham Co., NC Census, the newly wed couple (Constantine age 25 and Manerva age 18) was living with his widowed father Charles age 76. They had 9 children.
