A native of Sudith, Ky., he was employed at Armco 50 years, retiring in 1968.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Della, in 1984, and two brothers, Luther in 1984 and Arthur in 1982.
He is survived by a son, Richard of Franklin; two daughters, Mrs. Mitzi Walton of Dayton and Mrs. Charlotte Marshall of Lebanon; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a brother, William of Trenton; and three sisters, Mrs. Cinda Carpenter of Middletown, and Mrs. Nora Yarber and Mrs. Susie Shultz, both of Owensville, Ky.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Eaton-Anderson Funeral Home, the Rev. Lenn Geiger officiating. Burial will be at Springboro Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
