Our beautiful mother, Amber Jean Talbot Steed, left her earthly life to reunite with her beloved husband, Lynn Flint Steed Sunday morning July 7, 2013. She is also reunited with her loving mother Rachel Palmer and father Joseph Sessel Talbot and her brothers and sister-in-laws who have pass on before her. We know what a happy reunion it is.

Amber was born May 18, 1929 in Rupert, Idaho. Later she moved with her family to Stone, Idaho before settling in Clearfield, UT. She attended Davis High School where she met the love of her life Lynn Flint Steed. They were married in the Salt Lake City Temple on January 15, 1947. After their marriage they resided in Clearfield for eleven years before moving to Dallas for a shore time and then on to So. CA where they lived and raised their four children for fourteen years before moving to Campbell, CA and then on to Aptos, CA. They eventually retired in St. George, UT. After Lynn's death she moved to be close to family members in Eagle, ID.

Besides being a loving wife and mother, Amber was a very successful consultant and distributor for Con Stan Corp. She has had many customers she loved and served. Amber was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and held many callings but was best known for her work in the church libraries.

Amber and Lynn loved to spend time with their family and enjoyed traveling and visiting new places. She shared her talents of homemaking, cooking, handwork and sewing with her sisters and daughters-in-law.
