Funeral services were held Saturday in Beaverton for Millie Margaret McConnell, 87, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Al M. Jannsen in Beaverton.
Born February 2, 1859 in Greenbush, Ill., she moved to Mayville, Or., as a child, later settling near Estacada. She was a member of the Christian church and a past noble grand of the Rebekah lodge at Estacada.
She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Katherine McDermott, and Mrs. Lucy Muessig of Portland, Mrs. Jessie Livingston and Mrs. Ruby Jannsen of Beaverton; two sons, Gifford McConnell of Portland and Earl McConnell of Estacada; 20 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
