He worked most of his life as a Butcher having worked for several different Grocery Stores including Piggly Wiggly and Winn-Dixie. Mr. Agan was Baptist by faith. He was a Veteran having served in The United States Army during The Korean War.
Survivors include his wife to whom he was married January 14, 1962, Reba Nell Hicks Agan, daughter and son-in-law, Lori and Mark Osborne, Temple, son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Joy Agan, Villa Rica, grandchildren; step-grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law, Melvin and Gladys Agan, Bremen, Coyal and Peggy Agan, Bremen, and Donald and Elaine Agan, Bremen, and a host of nieces and nephews also survive.
