Funeral services for Kathryn Skinner Andrews, 74, were held at 5 p.m. Monday, July 23, 2007, at Savannah Advent Christian Church with the Rev. Dewey Dean officiating. Burial followed in Westview Memorial Park Cemetery, directed by Brown- Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Savannah Advent Christian Church.Mrs. Andrews died Saturday, July 21.
Born in Lee County, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin and Emma Moody Skinner Sr. She was retired from Carolina Power & Light and was a good, faithful, loving, caring wife, mother and grandmother.
Surviving are her husband, Heyward M. Andrews Jr. of Hartsville; daughters and son-inlaw, Karen A. Segars of Hartsville, Joye S. and Kirk Davis of Hartsville; brother, Benjamin F. Skinner Jr. of Hartsville; grandchildren, Cliff Muckenfuss, Nick Davis, Kenworth Segars, Zack Davis.
She was preceded in death by her son, Harley Segars.
