Survivors include her husband, Lloyd Miller Dowling; her father Joseph P. Bradley and stepmother Betty Powell Payne both of Fredericksburg, and two brothers, Thomas Dale Bradley and Kevin Mathew Cooper both of Stafford County.
A funeral will be held at 7 PM on Saturday, April 14 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg with the Rev. Lawrence A. Davies officiating. Burial will be at 10 AM on Monday, April 16 at Hartwood Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 PM until service time on Saturday, April 14 at the funeral home.
