He was born in Gliden, Iowa, to the late Charles and Ethel (Penry) Webb.
He was a member of Bethlehem Church and also attended Apostolic Faith Tabernacle.
Ray is preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Irene Webb, his parents, his brothers and a sister.
Ray was a veteran of World War 2 and had been many places during his time in the service. He and his wife, Irene loved to travel.
Ray is survived by his daughters, Shelley Rae Farley (Matt) of Greenbrier, Heidi Dowd of Michigan his son, Mark Brown (Tonya) of Port Orchard, Washington, step-daughter, Olene Levesque of Hot Springs, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his cats that he loved very much and special friends, Kathleen and Doug Wright and their family.
He was loved very much and will be greatly missed.
There will be graveside service only per Ray's request at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Oma Cemetery.
