Ronald Patrick, age 65, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2013 at his home in Atkins, Virginia.
He was born in Smyth County, Virginia on June 27, 1948 to Dollie Belle Stanley Patrick & the late John Bain Patrick.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Diane Marshall Patrick. Mr.
Patrick had served in the United States Marine Corp.
He enjoyed riding motorcycles and collecting antique cars
He is survived by: Two Children: John Patrick, Moneta, VA Beverly Taylor & husband Tommy, Ivanhoe, VA His Mother: Dollie Belle Stanley Patrick, Seven Mile Ford, VA One Brother: Charles Patrick, Roanoke, VA
His Step-Children: Rosanna Jones, Atkins, VA Alyssa Isom, Ivanhoe, VA
His Grandchildren: Ashley Gail Patrick, Hunter Daniel Eller, Dakota Patrick Eller, Makatlyn Armstrong, McKenzie Isom, Jacob Ronald Jones
Funeral services will be held at 8:00 PM on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 from the Bradley's Funeral Home Chapel in Marion with Pastor Shawn Womack officiating.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday at Rose Lawn Cemetery.
Family & friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
