Frances A. Parsons
   CHAPMAN —— Frances A. Parsons, 60, formerly of Abilene, died Sunday, May 31, at Chapman Valley Manor in Chapman.
   Mrs. Parsons was born Oct. 20, 1926, in Abilene and lived nearly all of her life there. She was a retired employee of the Duckwall-ALCO Stores warehouse in Abilene and a member of the First Baptist Church at Abilene.
   Her husband, Vernon, died in 1976. A daughter, Kym, also preceded her in death.
   Survivors include two sons, Lanny of Enterprise and Michael of Abilene; two daughters, Susan West of Union City, Ga., and Pamela Schlappy of Wichita; a brother, Max Chindamo of Abilene; three sisters, Phyllis Chindamo, Nancy Chindamo and Beverly Hamme, all of Abilene; and nine grandchildren.
   The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church, Abilene, the Rev. Mary Ann Albrecht officiating. Burial will be in Abilene Cemetery.
