RICHFORD, VT. - Charlotte "Charl" May (Russin) Parker, age 79 of Richford, passed away peacefully on July 3rd 2022 at her residence.
She was born on June 6th 1943 in Barre, Vt., she was the daughter of Arthur Henry and Irene M. (Gover) Russin.
She married Edward "Skip" Perry Parker III on August 31st 1963 in Alburgh, Vermont. Together they had three children; two sons and one daughter. He predeceased her on August 22nd 2011.
Charlotte was mainly a Homemaker raising her children and working various part time jobs. Charlotte loved her Boston Terriers, fishing and most of all driving. She also loved being with her children and grandchildren at every opportunity.
She was predeceased by her parents, and husband; Edward P. Parker.
