Mrs. Warren (Emma Teresa) Stone, 67, 3415 23rd, died at the Central Kansas Medical Center on Saturday after a long illness.
She was born March 28, 1907 in Russell County and had been a Great Bend resident since 1944, coming here from St. John. She was married to S. M. Reinhardt on Jan. 28, 1933. He passed away in 1957. She married Warren Stone on June 26, 1960. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, the Methodist Women United, the Friendship Sunday School Class, the Sunflower Sewing Club, the Central Kansas Medical Center Ladies Auxiliary.
Surviving are her husband, Warren; a son, Curtis Reinhardt of Great Bend; two brothers, Victor DeWald and Reuben DeWald, both of Bazine; two sisters, Mrs. Fred (Rachel) Lindenmeyer of Salina and Mrs. Harold (Dorothy) Hoersch of San Diego.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the church with Rev. Robert Gordon and Rev. Phil Brownlee officiating. Burial will be in the Lone Star Cemetery at Bison. Friends may contribute to a memorial to the church. Friends may call after 11:30 today at the Bryant-Fryberger Mortuary.
