Jessica L. Lane of Albany
Jessica L. Lane, 22, of Center St. and formerly of Whitney Point, died Wednesday, March 7, 2007, at Memorial Hospital in Albany surrounded by her family and friends. Born in Elmira, she was educated in schools in Whitney Point and at Shaker High School. Jessica was pursuing a career in modeling and acting while working as a hostess at several area taverns. She is survived by her parents, Rochelle Lane and Thomas Merrill, Waterford; her grandparents, Ella and Leonard Lane, Chenango Forks; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday at 2 p.m. at Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad St. (Rt. 32), Waterford, N.Y. 12188. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service. A second memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2007, at 5 p.m. at North Fenton Church in N. Fenton, N.Y. Memorial contributions may be made to Hope House in care of the funeral home office.
