Eloise Medley Allison, 100, of Columbus, Ohio, died Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Wesley Glen Retirement Community.
She was born in Hickman County, Ky. to H. M. and Mary Pennebaker Medley.
She was a longtime member and former secretary at Trinity Episcopal Church.
Surviving are her son, James M. "Monte" (Donna) Allison of Woodbridge, Va.; one daughter, Janet M. Allison of Charlotte, N.C.; four grandchildren, Ralph (Jane) Allison and Robert Allison, both of Virginia, Pamela (Michael) Goretzky of Munich, Germany and Barbara Allison of Alabama; four great-grandchildren, Michael (Misty) Allison, Kevin Allison, Kristen Allison and Emilia Goretzky; and two great-great grandchildren, Zoey and Zach Allison.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Ralph Allison; one son, George B. Allison; and great-grandson, Noah B. Allison.
Services were at 10 a.m. Monday, July 1 at Trinity Episcopal Church in Columbus. Rev. Richard Burnett officiated, with burial in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
