Edna was born on November 7, 1935 in Alton, Illinois to Erma and Ruie Webb. Edna was married for 61 years to the love of her life Jess Randall "Randy" Dawson on May 29, 1952. They moved to the Killeen area in 1966.
Edna spent her days as a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed bowling, boating, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Edna was active in the Killeen–Fort Hood Women's Bowling Association where she served as an officer and traveled to many tournaments.
"MiMi" Dawson was funny, kind, and creative. She enjoyed playing games and cooking for family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Edna was preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Erma and Cecil Rowlands; father Ruie Webb; and sisters Alta and MaryLou.
She is survived by her husband Randy Dawson; son Brad Dawson; two granddaughters, 4 great-grandchildren, and sister, JoAnne Wyatt.
