Obituary Rachel V. Pearson, 99
Rachel V. Pearson, 99, died March 18, 1999, at the home of her daughter, Muriel Erickson, in Golden Valley, Minn.
Rachel and her husband, Peter, owned and operated the Pearson Floral Shop and Greenhouse for many years. She was a gifted pianist who gladly shared her talents.
She was a long-time member of the United Methodist Church of River Falls and a life member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Peter; her sisters: Petronella, Ruth, Albeda, Marie, Rebecca and Evangeline; and her brothers: Randolph, Richard and Reuben.
She is survived by her son, Robert and Phillis of Roseville, Minn.; grandsons: Richard Pearson, Christopher and Luci Pearson of Prior Lake, Minn.; great-granddaughters: Rachel Ann Pearson and Luiza Victoria Pearson; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral was Saturday, March 20, at 1 p.m., at the United Methodist Church. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery.
