Bill J. Badgley, 77, of Markleville, died Friday evening June 28, 2013, at his residence. He was born Jan. 25, 1936, in Anderson, Ind., the son of the late Arthur and Naomi (Bemish) Badgley.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy (Hobbs) Badgley of Markleville; three sons, Jerry (Lisa) of Attica, Ronnie (Tammy) of Shirley, John (Tina) of Greenfield; daughter, Laura (Kevin) Kocher of Shelbyville; sisters, Betty Page of Anderson, Virginia (Charlie) Rector of Middletown; twenty grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Bob, Dick and Pete Badgley; and sister, Dorothy Dunn.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday, July 5th from 3 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 6, 2013, at Condo and Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson with Rev. Jerry Badgley and Pastor Brad Buhro officiating. Burial will follow at McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson.
