She married 18 July 1844 Hancock Co., IN., Jacob Catt s/o Michael Catt of Ohio and wife Matilda Hatton of KY. After the death of Elcie's mother her father Clarkson Cannon moves to Edgar Co., IL., and remarries to a Sarah Cunningham.
