Reading Eagle, October 10, 1905:

Frederick Leibold died of typhoid fever this morning, aged 35, at his residence, 1127 Spring, after an illness of two weeks. Deceased was a son of John Leibold and was born in Kempton, from which place he came to this city 10 years ago. Prior to his illness he was employed as a blacksmith in the Ninth st. rolling mill. Besides his widow, Minnie (nee Wend), a daughter, Mary, survives, also his father and thses brothers and sisters: Amandus, Shillington; William, Erie; James, of Kempton; Charles, Atlanta, Ga.; Ella, wife of William Bauscher, Kempton; Martha, wife of Henry Knaus, Lehigh county; Franklin and Annie, wife of James Shears, this city. Deceased was a member of Salem U. B. Church, Berks County Christian Endeavor Society, Berks County Sabbath Association Ninth St. Rolling Mill Beneficial Association and had many friends.
