Lemadell Menghini, 79, of Kendallville, a native of Marshall County, Ky., died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2001, at home.
She was formerly of Royalton and Lake of Egypt, Ill., attended Church of the Nazarene in Royalton and was retired from Goldblatts Department Store in Hillside, Ill., as manager. Surviving are a daughter, Brenda K. Jones of Kendallville; sisters Estelle Hite and Mattie Biggs, both of Royalton, Ill.; grandchildren Barbara Iavanilio of Goshen and Robert C. Jones Jr. of Fort Wayne; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, and a brother. Services are 3 p.m. Saturday at Vantrease Funeral Home, Royalton, Ill., with calling from 1 p.m. until services. Burial will be at Miners Cemetery, Royalton.
