The demise of Mrs. William Lintner, which we announce briefly last week occurred on Friday after a lingering illness during which she bore her sufferings with brave patience and fortitude.
Decedent attained the age of 55 years and is survived by a sorrowing husband, two sons and six daughters. One brother, Dale Andrews and a sister, Mrs. John Clark of Manitowoc also survive, and also three grandchildren. Decedent was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Andrews and was born in the town of Kossuth in Manitowoc Co. In 1881 she was married to Wm. Lintner and the union was a happy one. Mrs. Lintner was a loyal helpmeet and affectionate wife and mother who will live ever in the tender regard of her husband and children to whose comfort and welfare her life was dedicated.
The funeral took place on Monday, Rev. Koten officiating and conducting funeral services at the Evangelical church in this city.
