Doris Eleanor Scott Baber, 92, entered into rest on Thursday, July 4, 2013.

Mrs. Baber was born on December 31, 1920 in Forest, Virginia to the late Elijah and Lottie Leftwich Scott. She attended Green Acres Baptist Church. Doris retired from College Park Elementary School in Orlando, Florida where she worked as a Dietitian. She enjoyed collecting antiques. Her parents, and her son, Glenn Baber, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her son and daughter-in-law, Daniel and Larina Baber, Warner Robins; grandchildren, Randy Baber, Virginia Beach, Virginia; Karen Allison, Forest, Virginia; Buffy Clickner, Huntsville, Alabama; Scott Baber, Dallas, Texas; Pepper Baber, Huntsville, Alabama; and several great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 8, 2013 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Evercare Hospice, 4875 Riverside Drive Suite 104, Macon, Georgia 31210.
