Danny Ray "Dan-O" McCoy age 58 of Lake City, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Thursday, July 4, 2013. Danny was born on September 23, 1954 to the late James and Leoma Wallace McCoy in Anderson County, Tennessee. He was a member of the Beech Grove Baptist Church. Danny was employed by the City of Lake City for 32 years where he worked as the water department supervisor. Danny enjoyed hunting, fishing and farming. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Danny is preceded in death by, Brothers, James T. McCoy, Jessie L. McCoy and Delbert R. McCoy; Infant-Sister, Joyce F. McCoy.

Family and Friends will meet at the funeral home on Monday, July 8, 2013 at 11:30AM and go in funeral procession to the Mountain View Baptist Church Cemetery for a 12:00 Noon interment.
