Carrie Mae Harter Cox, 85, passed away March 28, 2011.

She was the daughter of the late Wilbur Brian and Isabel Daily Harter, a member of Fairview Baptist Church for over 60 years where she was a member of the James W. Crocker Sunday School class and the Young at Hearts Sunday school class.

Surviving are two daughters, Marian Brandon and Debbie (Steve) Dillard all of Greer; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Cox was predeceased by a daughter, Sylvia Jean Cox Williams.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Wood Mortuary conducted by Dr. Steve Patton and Rev. Wayne Cole. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held 12:30-2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Wood Mortuary.

The family is at the home of Debbie and Steve Dillard, 101 Windsor Court, Greer, S.C. 29651.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fairview Baptist Church Building Fund; First Presbyterian Church Building Fund, or McCall Hospice House.
