Leslie Dean Mullins, 42 years of age of Louisville, TN, passed away Monday, June 17, 2013. Born September 2, 1970 in Welch, WV, he was the son of Ida Church Mullins of King, NC and the late Verner Ray Mullins, Sr. He was a truck driver, enjoyed fishing, hunting and just being outdoors. Leslie was a devoted Christian, Minister, a loving son, father and brother.
Survivors include his mother, Ida Church Mullins of King, NC; sons, Leslie Dean Mullins, Jr of Winston Salem, NC, Cory Chance Mullins of Louisville, TN, Logan Dion Mullins of Saltville, VA; brothers, Roy E. Mullins and wife Bonnie of Grundy, VA, Verner Mullins, Jr and wife Trish, Kermit R. Mullins and wife Margaret all of Knoxville, TN, Jerry W. Mullins of Oklahoma City, OK.
He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and his special friend, Deborah Gordon of King, NC.
Funeral services for Leslie Dean Mullins will be conducted at the Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home Chapel in Grundy, VA, Friday, June 21, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. with Evangelist Hobert Kennedy officiating. Burial will follow in the Mary Lou Cemetery, on Panther Ridge Road, Grundy, VA.
Active pallbearers will be his nephews.
Honorary pallbearers will be his family and friends.
