Norma Jean Meyers, 66, of Salisbury, died Sept. 22, 2006, at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital, Johnstown. Born Sept. 28, 1939, in Friedens, the daughter of the late George and Beatrice (Bluebaugh) Fisher. Preceded in death by her husband, Edward L. Meyers and one sister, Helen Short. Survived by two sons, Edward L. Meyers, Grantsville, Md., and Daniel A. Meyers, Salisbury; one daughter, Stacey S. Meyers, Salisbury; one grandson, Edward Lee Meyers Jr.; four sisters, Dorothy Seifert, Meyersdale, Gladys Brown, Garrett, Judy Gindlesperger, Jerome, and Patricia Pritts, Salisbury and a favorite aunt, Sarah Sommers, Springs. She was a homemaker and member of St. Paul Wilhelm Church. There will be no viewing. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
