Obituary for Nancy Ruth Burnett
Nancy Ruth Burnett, 58, of Travelers Rest, passed away on Monday, October 15, 2012 at her home.

Born in St. Paul, MN, she was the daughter of Gloria Ostrom Burnett and the late John B. Burnett. She was a graduate of Wake Forest University; she retired from the Department of the Navy where she was a computer programmer for 20 years and she was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church. Nancy was a joy to all that knew her and she never looked at what she couldn’t accomplish only what she could.

Along with her mother she is survived by a brother: Mark W. Burnett; a nephew, Luke M. Burnett and a niece, Moriah F. Burnett.

Along with her father she was predeceased by a sister: Kathlynn J. Burnett; and a brother: Frederic John Burnett.

Funeral services will be at 11 o’clock Thursday morning at Trinity Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery in St. Paul, MN on Saturday at 11 am.

Memorials may be made to Save the Children, 54 Wilton Road, Westport, CT 06880.
