Edward P. Thorn of Wellsville and Miss Kathryn Seaton were married Tuesday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. U. G. Wagner. The ceremony was performed by Rev. C. W. Harshman, M. E. minister, in the presence of the following guests; Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Seaton of Canton, Mr. and Mrs. Frank G. Wagner of East Liverpool, Mrs. Samuel Thorn of Wellsville, Mrs. Glen Gould and Mrs. C. W. Harshman. The bride was attired in pale blue crepe du chien over silk. The happy couple will take up their residence in Pittsburgh.

Mrs. Kathryn H. Thorn, 76, who formerly resided in Canton, died Tuesday in Massillon after a long illness. She was the widow of Edward T. Thorn, veteran Repository printer, who died in March, 1953. Born in Carroll County, a daughter of the late John and Catherine (Hays) Seeton, she moved to Canton 32 years ago from Pittsburgh. Surviving are a son, E. Seeton Thorn of Akron; a sister, Mrs. Frank Wagner of
Carrollton and a brother, George Seeton in Indiana. Rev. Orville W. Briner conducted services Friday at 1 p.m. in the Jacobs-Waltner Funeral Home. Burial was in Grandview Cemetery at Carrollton.
