Mr. Ramsey was born May 21, 1920, in Vancleave, and was employed with Jake Malanich of Cobana Beach and the Fiesta for 35 years. He was a member of Main Street Baptist Church in Biloxi.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Deloris Ramsey; his father, Shemp Ramsey; his mother, Caroline Reed; and two brothers, Johnny Reed and Lee Oatis Ramsey.
Survivors include three daughters, Jacqueline Shelby, Fannie Williams and Shirley Redmon; a son, Kemp Ramsey Jr., all of Biloxi; 12 grandchildren; and 24
great-grandchildren.
A service will be at noon Saturday at Richmond Funeral Home in Biloxi where friends may call one hour before service time. Burial will be in Biloxi City Cemetery.
