Bill was the son of T.C. "Bud" and Hazel (Browning) Holt. He was a 1962 graduate of Heavener High School and was proud to have served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He was a Viet Nam veteran and a welder by trade.
The greatest joy in Bill's life was his family.
