LOWVILLE- Terri L. Mitchell, 51, Park Ave, died Wednesday afternoon at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Utica, after a brief illness.

She was born in Watertown November 14, 1959 to Harry and Donna Waterman Mitchell. She attended Baker High School in Baldwinsville and received her GED in 1987. She was employed in various occupations throughout her life. She was of the Methodist faith.

She enjoyed painting, was an animal lover and enjoyed watching horse racing.
She is survived by her parents of Croghan, four children, Patrick Maloney, Columbia, MD., Michael Maloney, Seattle WA., Caitlin Maloney, Columbia, SC., and Timothy Maloney, Williamstown, NY. She also has a grandson, Parker.

She is also survived by a sister and her husband, Bambi and Rex Niles, Oneida and a brother Charles, Watson, NY. She also has uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is predeceased by a sister Mindy Sue in 1959.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday October 4, at 1PM at the Gospel Hall Cemetery in Belfort
