Julia A. STARR married 26 JAN 1869 in Muscogee County, Georgia, to Zac T. KING, son of Henry & Esther/Easter (JONES) KING. Julia Ann was the mother of three children, all daughters.

A daughter named Julia appears in the 1870 census household in Ward 4, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia.

At that time, Zachariah was a clerk in a bank and wife Julia was keeping house. All were born in Georgia. This daughter died on 01 SEP 1870 and is buried in a marked grave at Linwood Cemetery in Columbus. Several of Zac's siblings are also buried in this lot.

"IN MEMORIAM: Mrs. JULIA A. KING, beloved wife of Mr. Z. T. KING, died at her home in Eastern Oregon August 25th, 1891, at 1:20 p.m.

The deceased was born in Columbus, Ga., in 1851, and was a devout member of Trinity Episcopal Church, and has many friends who will be deeply grieved to learn of her death.

She leaves a husband and two daughters to bear the great bereavement. // 'Tis ours to miss thee, all our years / And tender memories of thee keep; / Thine in the Lord to rest, for so / He giveth His beloved sleep." [
