Born to Ruth Wandt and Samuel Vincent. Lived in Chatham, Kent Co. Ontario most of his adult life. Farmed mostly. Had two wives who predeceased him, Amanda and Emma as well as four children. Moved to Detroit, Michigan around 1910 where he lived out the rest of his days.
