Mr. Jessie E. Phelps, of Havana, Arkansas, died Wednesday, June 23, 2013, in Russellville, Arkansas. Mr. Phelps was 74 years old. He was the son of the late Earl Jessie and Goldia(Faulkinbury) Phelps. Mr. Phelps was of the Assembly of God faith.
Mr. Phelps was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers: Billy Phelps and Roy Phelps; 1 sister: Pam (Phelps)Cotner; and Karen (Phelps) Ickenroth.
He is survived by his beloved wife: diane Phelps; 1 son: Jessie Edward Phelps Jr.; 2 sisters: Earlene(Phelps)Hoope, and Vivian (Phelps)Phillips; other relatives; and many good friends.
