Pvt. Alvin C. Reeh, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Reeh, who was inducted into service on February 26, 1945 and is now stationed on Leyte Island in the Pacific. He received his training at Camp Hood, Texas

Mr. Reeh passed away on Friday, November 28, 2008.

Mr. Reeh was a resident of Fredericksburg, Indiana at the time of his passing.

He is survived by his wife Dora Schmidtzinsky Reeh

The body will lie in state in the chapel of the Schaetter Funeral Home, Fredericksburg until 9:45 A.M. on Tuesday, December 2nd with Mass of Resurrection at 10:00 A.M. in the St. Mary�s Catholic Church with the Rev. Jim Harnan officiating. Graveside services and entombment will follow in the St. Mary�s Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum. A Vigil Service will be held on Monday evening at 6:00 P.M. in the chapel of the Schaetter Funeral Home, Fredericksburg. Visitation for Mr. Alvin C. Reeh will begin on Monday afternoon at 4:00 P.M. in the chapel of the Schaetter Funeral Home, Fredericksburg.
