Mrs. Lydia Dinges Beer, 83, wife of Simon Beer, 224 Vennum Ave., died in the Sturges Rest Home Wednesday evening following an extended illness. Born in Richland County, July 3, 1881, she had lived here all of her life. For a number of years she operated the Sprunger Rest Home near Bellville. She was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church.

Surviving are one grandson; three granddaughters; 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Edith Schrenk of Chicago and mrs. Anna Wittmer of Marion Avenue Rd.,; two brothers, Sam Kisling and John Kisling, both of Lexington.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Finefrock and Sons Funeral Home Satuday by the Apostolic Christian Church. Burial will be in the Lexington Cemetery.
