William L. Bill Tillman - SAVANNAH - William L. Bill Tillman, 87, passed away on Friday, June 28, 2013 at Savannah Specialty Care where he had been a resident since 2005. He was born in Appling Co. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gordon & Inez Tillman; brother, Gordon L. Tillman, Jr.; sisters, Hilda Thompson and Ouida L. Tillman. He is survived by his sisters, Joan C. Smith (Andy) and Shirley J. Horton (Larry); brother, Gary Waher (Rita); two step-children; nieces, Sharon Howard( Glen), Michelle Craycraft (Trent), Dana Liss (David) and Tammy Jenkins and nephews, Terry and Ron Tillman and Jerry Edens. Visitation will be Monday, July 1, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Fairhaven Funeral Home & Crematory in Garden City. Graveside services will be Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Appling Co. Savannah Morning News July 1, 2013
